non avendo pinnacle non saprei più cosa suggerire. L'unica strada ma un po' complicata potrebbe essere un rewrap in altro contenitore usando ffmpeg, ma non si può garantire. Certo che se i vari player lo leggono è strano. Dovresti provare a caricare una brevissima clip da provare a rewrappare.

intanto, fai la seguente prova. Scarica MEDIAINFO, poi con tanto destro del mouse leggi le info sul file, ricorda di settare la visualizzazione (view) in text mode. Riporta qui (con i tag di CODE se possibile) il risultato.
Questa prova serve per capire esattamente cosa c'è dentro al file. Essendo il TS un container (transport stream) potrebbe contenere dei file mpeg2 come pure un h264, un audio mpeg1 o aac. In base a quello che ci sta dentro, vediamo come fare.
