Il problema è che , anche se il tuo lettore VHS è multistandard, e legge anche l'NTSC... in ogni caso sull'uscita AV (scart o rca) il segnale rimane NTSC (640x480, 30fps) e non viene convertito...
così come rimarrebbe PAL se tu leggessi una cassetta PAL ...

Nel TV riuscirai a vederlo solo se se hai un TV multistandard, ma per fare un dvd *PAL* , (720x576, 25fps) dovrai necessariamente convertirlo, con ulteriore degrado qualitativo
... e partendo da un VHS... ciao ....
