In our test lab, today, we have the chance to test Sony Sound Forge 9, the professional audio editing software well known and appreciated all over the world.
Despite the large amount of features, Sound Forge compared to other competitors had a limitation that caused some users to move to other softwares. This limitation was the audio editing limited to only the two stereo channels.
Now recording and editing multichannel audio is a common operation and a software dedicated to audio editing like Sony Sound Forge couldn’t exclude this feature.
For this reason Sony put all its efforts in this version 9, in which multichannel audio is the main and most powerful feature, together with a number of interesting innovations.
Thanks to the usual Sony Creative Software helpfulness, we could test Sound Forge 9 Boxed version.
